The Adventures of Gupi and Bagha

Stories by Jatak is a compilation of  stories originally written in Pali, and adapted from the life of Lord Buddha when he was born in both animal and human form. They were translated into Bengali by Ishanchandra Ghosh. These stories are as engaging as they are educating.

In this book, we have translated in English some selected stories, which are suitable for children, with an effort to maintain their original essence and values.
